In version 1.4, the file can be placed but the WordArt graphic is not imported.The following features are new since December 19, 1997:-- Adds support for graphics stored as Portable Network Graphic (PNG) files, enabling PageMaker to import Office 97 clipart graphics. Word 97 stores imported Office 97 clipart graphics as PNG files. In previous versions of the Word 97 filter, the filter imported the text without the graphics. Version 1.4 of the filter now imports Office 97 graphics, if the PNG import filter is installed on your computer.
